What to Expect
Private Investigations provide extended access to the Old Glenbeulah School for groups who prefer a self-guided experience.
Guests are given time to explore approved areas of the building at their own pace, allowing for structured investigations, equipment use, and quiet observation without the presence of other tour groups.
This experience is best suited for those familiar with paranormal investigation practices.
Pricing

$400 per night – Friday & Saturday

$250 per night – Sunday through Thursday
Up to 8 guests included.
Additional guests: $50 per person
Maximum group size: 15 guests
Additional time beyond your scheduled overnight may be available for $50 per hour, subject to availability and advance approval.
Private overnights are for personal group use only. Public or ticketed events are not permitted.
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve your overnight investigation at The Old Glenbeulah School. Deposits are applied toward the total booking cost.
The remaining balance is due within 2–3 weeks of the initial booking date.
Due to the nature of reserving the building exclusively for your group, all payments are non-refundable.
For bookings made within 2 weeks of the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. We will always do our best to accommodate changes when possible.
One date change may be permitted with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.
Requests made with less than 14 days’ notice are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Due to the nature of reserving the building exclusively for your group, rescheduling is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of management.
Arrival & Check-in
The booking party is responsible for ensuring that all guests arrive together and match the reserved group size.
Your booking includes up to 8 guests. Additional guests must be communicated in advance and will be subject to additional fees.
Any unregistered guests arriving beyond the reserved group size may be required to pay the additional guest fee upon arrival via Venmo or may be denied entry.
All experiences are subject to our Safety & Conduct Policy.
No-Shows & Cancellations
No shows and cancellations are non-refundable.
Behavior Policy
Guests who appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave without a refund.
