Participant Waiver & Information
Please complete the required waiver before participating in an investigation or event at The Old Glenbeulah School.
Each adult participant should complete their own waiver.
A parent or legal guardian must complete the required information for any participating minor.
Who Needs to Complete a Waiver?
Every person entering The Old Glenbeulah School for an event, investigation, tour, rental, or other scheduled activity must complete the required waiver before entering the building.
For minors, the waiver must be completed by a parent or legal guardian in accordance with the form instructions.
Important:
Completing a waiver does not reserve or confirm a booking, ticket, or event registration.
Waivers should be completed before arrival whenever possible to help speed up check-in.
